Good to know

Before we
get started.

What areas do you cover?

South Norfolk and Breckland. Tell Jack your village or postcode so he can confirm whether your job is within his working area.

Can I ask about regular garden care?

Yes. Explain the work you have in mind and how often you would like help. Timing, suitability and availability are agreed with Jack.

How much will it cost?

The price depends on the size and condition of the garden, the work needed, access, visit frequency and cuttings or waste arrangements. Send these details for a quotation before booking.

What should I send with my enquiry?

Send your village or postcode, the service needed, approximate size and any narrow gates or steps. Say whether you want one-off or regular help. You can attach garden photographs to your email.

What about edging and grass cuttings?

Include edging, strimming and any cuttings collection or removal you need in your enquiry. Check the quotation for what is included before booking.

What access details are useful?

Mention narrow gates, steps, access through the house and parking restrictions. For pressure washing, include details of water access.
